Performance and characteristic
Super powerful, I like it, I can use multiple programs at the same time without any issues, the only thing I will say needs to be improved will be the speakers further than that the laptop works great

Screen Issues but loved the computer.
I really love the computer. Had it for a couple months now. preforms great. A few weeks ago the screen started going black, not powering off ( still had back light) just going black. Updated drivers, within 24hrs started again. not sure the problem, so I went to the website and started a service/repair ticket. I received an automated response email tell me ticket was started. Been a week now and nothing, no emails, no calls, no help. I just want to get my computer fixed so it is reliable.

I DO NOT RECOMEND, DO NOT BUY IT.
Slow, laggy asf, it disconnects from Wi-Fi and it's a pain in the 4SS sometimes to get it running again. Battery only lasts 2 hours and a half with a full charge. It's supposed to be fast but it turns out my 2012 Toshiba does it better.. NO I DO NOT RECOMEND NIMO COMPUTERS! If I could give zero stars I definitely f... would.
