These are excellent vitamins, and my favorite flavor. Easy to chew them up, too. It took a little bit of time to get used to the sweetness but not too long. I find them better than the typical Orange or Strawberry flavored vitamins I have had previously and taking them four times daily is no big deal, though sometimes I'll simplify it and take two in the morning and two late in the afternoon or early evening. I recommend these vitamins highly, I just wish they were a bit less expensive.
