I am unsure if it's just me or if these don't really have good quality or any wulinshen in them. Once you have had a nights sleep with high quality wulinshen you really know what a quality nights sleep is. I have never taken a supplement with ashwagandha in it but the herb was recommended by my naturopath so I thought I would try it, I started with 1 capsule and then increased it by one each night until I got to 4, there was no noticeable difference in my sleep from taking none on any dosage. It might very well be me but when I originally started using wulinshen (Zylaria Nigripes) I couldn't believe how deep I slept it was amazing! but I did not get that from this.

I received my order three days ago. I have used it three nights in a row and I’ve averaged seven hour consecutive sleep All three nights. Which has been amazing since I have broken sleep all the time I wake up alert and ready to go. No fogginess.

The bottle I received contains valerian, which is NOT shown on the label advertised here on Amazon. I purchased it because I specifically wanted a product without valerian. Will be returning it.

I’ve had a problem with sleep for years. I tried this product for the entire bottle as label directs. It had no affect on my sleep and I would never buy again

I didn't want to give this any stars but I couldn't submit my review unless I did! I bought this for my insomnia And It Did Nothing, It Didn't Even Relax Me. I kept trying it in hopes that a build up in my system would help But Nothing. Now I'm Really upset or you can say Furious Because it Cost So Much Money! Buyers Beware!
