There were lots of comments about the taste. Well yes, it does lack flavors like traditional curries taste but I still think a bit of salt or liquid aminos help it. But here's the important review I think people should know.... I am usually exhausted once a month & have migraines (crimson tide) but after eating Huel I did not experience that what so ever! I will experiment every month to see what happens. But I'm extremely happy I didn't suffer this month. I haven't gained any weight & I can bike ride for an hour or more. I'm looking forward to buying more varieties of Huel!

Huel as a nutrition food source seems complete and good. Good calorie amount and macro nutrient content. My issue is this is only as beneficial as the amount you eat and to eat this on a regular basis you need to enjoy it. It tastes terrible. It definitely has some of the flavor profile mentioned in the bags, but it just does not taste good. For 10 more minutes you can make some rice and veggies seasoned to your liking with almost the same nutrient content.

Cons : No scoop in bag and measurements aren’t spelled out. Other reviews mention consistency and taste being issues I think this is their problem. After research 2 scoops is roughly 8.5 ounces or roughly 1 cup of Huel and I am using 1 cup of boiled water. This is a good curry consistency and good taste. Pros : Once you figure out the measurement it’s super simple to prep all of 6 minutes after boiling water for a couple bowls full. Good green curry, savory and a little spice. Very filling! I’d get this one again for sure. Interested to try the other Huel Bags that are on the way already!

My first time trying Huel. I’m traveling for work and was hoping this would be a good hotel meal. There was no scoop provided, and I can’t seem to find a measurement, on the bag. I’m certainly not going to pour it all out and divide into 7 piles. Lame The watery soup that I made tastes ok, but I have no idea what the consistency is supposed to be

Tastes pretty good and satisfies my hunger. I keep it at work and use it when I don't have time to get lunch or as a snack. Not sure if I could live off of it but it has been a very handy thing to have around.
