Bug Wrestling Champion
I was pleasantly surprised by this game and it's a bit of a family favorite right now. You arrange wooden pieces on a playing surface that resembles a wrestling ring. Then, use a platform to push a wooden piece on, usually causing other pieces to fall off. You usually push your opponent's piece off for the win, but there are some alternate win conditions. It's easy to learn and fun to play. Plus, lots of unique pieces add to the fun and variety. All the components are of high quality. One caution: It took a bit to figure out how to apply the red "ring post" pieces to the playing surface. Peel the round stickers and apply them to ring post and corners of the playing surface.

Some "abilities" are unclear
A great dexterity game. The only criticism are the player aids or lack of them. There should be a detailed description of each character of the game and what they can do and how their abilities work. It's a bit unclear in the manual and on the character cards. Other than that, great fun.

WWE wrestling with Bugs, Fun for all ages, push your opponents
Kabuto Sumo is such a great game, easy to learn and fun for the whole family. It mixes clever dexterity mechanics with a cool theme and great production. I recommend getting some of the expansions for it like total mayhem to spice up the win conditions. Pros: -Easy to play -Great production -Fun design and nice art -Nice variety of powers Cons: -It's a dexterity game so if you are not into those might not be the best for you -I feel the platform from where the disk is pushed might sometimes be completely flush with the main board, (maybe it being wooden or plastic can mitigate this, but cost would go through the roof)

My kids love this game!
I played this game several times with my daughters (both around 10 y/o). We really enjoyed it! If you like games with a manual dexterity component to them and have an affinity for bugs then this just might be the ticket for you! You ever played those coin games in the arcade where you drop in something from the top and you try to get it to push the coins over the edge? This is a really similar kind of concept. You begin the setup by positioning tokens for all the "wrestlers" on the board surrounded by other chips and your main goal is to push an enemy wrestler out of the ring. There are some other ways to win, but that is the primary way you win. It's not tremendously hard to pick up this game. You line up the little pushing table against one of the corners and then you push one of the chips in a straight line until it's JUST onto the board completely. You collect the pieces that spill out (if any) and add to your stock. You continue this process around the table until someone's knocked out. There are some interesting rules quirks that mix things up. You are incentivized to push from all four corners as opposed to just one direction (you get to do what is essentially a double turn when you tag the fourth corner). You also have bug cards that have special powers, most of them introducing new and tactically useful pieces to your stock, such as one bug that adds something that is basically a katana you push. I'm a little worried about the longevity of my set because while the wooden tokens are great, the board is just cardboard and you're consistently pushing edge to edge and rubbing something along both. After only four games or so I started to notice a little edge wear. This is very far from degrading the playabliity of the game, but it's still something to keep in mind. I would really like to be able to have some sort of deluxe version where the platforms and the field are also made of wood like the tokens! Overall this is a really fun game that is not going to mire you into a sprawling game. It resolves when the first person goes out so you can easily just reset and replay. It has even more replay if you have the base game. I really recommend this game to folks with kids 6-12 or anyone that occasionally gets that Jenga itch. It's a fun hand-eye coordination game with deep yet accessible strategy.

Fun Gameplay!
This is a fun and unique game! My wife and I usually play traditional board or card-based games, but lately, dexterity-centered games have been a lot of fun! The key to a good dexterity game is quality parts. Everything is made to precisely fit together as intended. The instructions are super easy to follow too! It might take a little getting used to but the info cards make it a breeze.

Cute game, great for kids and easy to learn
Fun little strategy game that's great for kids. Rules are very simple, you push a piece onto the "ring" and try to push your opponent(s) off before they push you off. Each "wrestler" has a unique ability and piece that gives some type of small advantage and makes the game play a little differently each time. It does rely a little on playing fair, as there's some wiggle room in the "must push in a straight line" and the "stop pushing when the piece is off the ramp" that can be abused. I think it could be improved if there was some kind of pusher/guide to force the piece in a straight line and stop at the edge, which would also make it easier to play for younger children and people with poor motor skills.
