Item was delivered in what looked like good condition. I put it together with the help of my son as I had with the chair I ordered just like this one for my sister. This chair did not work. At all. It doesn't recline. None of the mechanical parts work at all. The remote for the messager gets hot even though it isn't being used at all. I tried contacting the seller. I never got a response. I tried to get a refund. I couldn't without a return request. I tried to do a return request and was told the product isn't returnable. I am currently stuck with a reclining massage chair that doesn't work. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. It's been a horrible experience all around.
