Incredible laptop for the price. Everything one could want in a laptop. Great processor, SS with large storage capability. Lots of RAM for a laptop. Microsoft Office included. Windows 11 Pro.

BAD LAPTOP! I had to return it due to a blue screen issue that randomly happened daily. I wanted to love this Dell laptop, but had to return it after many hours on dell support. Just to find out it was a software issue and not a hardware issue. The issue is a memory problem according to Dell. I found no way to contact the seller, though they say to contact them before returning to resolve issues. So, Lucky Tech LLC (SN Recorded) how does one contact you????? If I was able to figure that out, I more than likely would not be leaving this BAD review. I do not like to leave BAD reviews. I will update this review once I see if they reimburse me FULLY for a defective product. I would also like to note that this box had been opened prior to me receiving it. I could easily see where the old tape seal was replaced with new tape. I had to pay $23.45 for UPS to have them come pick this package up. NO free returns on this item.

This dell laptop work well for my daily use. It has been a fantastic purchase! For the price, the performance is smooth—great for browsing, streaming, and light work.

I am overall pleased with this laptop. Like others, mine was missing the activated MS Office 2025 lifetime. It was installed but missing the product key. I was able to contact the seller. It is an option if you look at your ordered laptop. The seller was easy to work with. They did not have a product key for the 2025 Office edition but gave me an activation key for Office 2021 lifetime software. They should change the way the laptop is listed because the permanent Office software was definitely one of the selling points for me. I waited to write a review on this production until it was resolved with the seller. The laptop runs smoothly and otherwise is just as it was described.

Ordered on April 11th, received on April 12th. I had an option to join a domain when Windows setup ran. That's a sign the OS is probably a Pro version. I used the join domain to bypass the Microsoft account signup. I did not have to enter an actual domain name. winver confirmed that laptop is running Windows 11 Pro. I doubt the machine is running a licensed copy of MS Office Pro. Seems to want a license for activation. I substracted 2 stars from my rating for the MS Office confusion.

Dell Inspiron 3530 touchscreen delivered timely as expected. Initial feedback very good. Easy to setup. With one drive no issues seeing documents from other devices. Will definitely recommend.
