I adore this! It's so much fun to watch it work and it creates amazing cocktails! I haven't tried all the varieties of woods it comes with but it's exciting to try new ones in different combinations. Last night, I made a true Old Fashioned with Whiskey, Cherries, bitters, and Oak wood. Super yummy! I also like that you can do other things besides cocktails. It comes with a smoking board with handles so pretty much anything you get on the board, you can smoke. The brochure it comes with mentions cheeses and uncured meats...basically a charcuterie. How much fun is that? The only criticism is that the board arrived broken. Where it broke doesn't limit the usability but still... Overall, a great product!
