At the suggestion of my NP, I take this to relieve stress-induced vertigo, and it works. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon. The positive effects started within a few days, and now it's been a month and I've had 95% relief from the vertigo that was plaguing me along with other perimenopause symptoms. This is the first OTC supplement that's ever had any effect at all for me. I hope it keeps working! Will buy this brand again.

I have never felt better. My quality of sleep drastically improved after two nights, and now, over a week later, still the best sleep I've had in years. My overall body health and mood feel like they have improved as well. I suffer from IBS-C and take a multitude of supplements to help me "go" and now with this, I don't have to. It's good quality and no stomach upset. Good effectiveness. Hard to tell on energy and focus, but I notice face skin looks better which that less pimple and acne. It's for my daughter. Good ingredients.

I am so surprised how amazing this product is, I use to go to bed at 8:30PM wake up and still feel tired. I can go to bed later and wake up with energy and in a good mood. I have recommended this to all my friends I saw a different in one day.

So I've been stressing out and I know that my cortisol levels are very very high so I purchased these thinking that they may not work ...guys the first night I promise you listen to me the first night I took them!! I have been stressing out for over a month to the point where my hair is shedding I'm breaking out I'm gaining weight .. the night that I took these because it says take it before bed... I layed down and I already knew that I was about to stress out and overthink let me tell you I had no care in the world I literally said oh my God it's going to work out I don't care I'll figure it out this really does help with stress and I did sleep okay I went from not sleeping for a whole night to sleeping at least half the night I will say that this is about to be day number two and I'm writing this review and I'm going to see but guys let me tell you it did make me feel a little better I wasn't completely stressed free but it was not at 100% stress it was at like a 60 to 50% stress level just that one time and I am a person that does not like to write reviews right away but I just felt so good last night after taking it even my fiance was like oh you're sounding really happy
