This book covers lots
I bought this book to help me to navigate the akashic records,It goes into quite a lot if detail.Some parts I have to read twice to make sure that I take on board what I am reading but that is probably just me.Never the less, a really good book with lots examples and things to do to enhance your visit to the records.

Repetitive and obvious
Very repetitive. Basically you get that "Rewriting your past life experience may change your current life" and that "changing your present will change your future" (really? sure, no one knows that...) and few obvious examples of therapy.Just replace word "Akasha" with "Subconscious" you'll get a book with pretty common ans obvious knowledge human mind.There's no point in reading that book. One star for clear and simply writing style.
