Purchased Amazon Prime days for $499. Happily it was smaller than I expected. Made foam board for window in mini van and ran the intake and exhaust tubes outside. Dropped down front seat divider curtains so would not have to cool as large a space. On a 2000 watt power station it used 55% in 5 hours on eco set at 70'. It was at least 80' outside all night. When I went out and checked the van felt extremely cold. Next time I would run the van ac to cool down the van first and set the Cybertake temp to 75'. I would then run on eco sleep mode all night. I have no doubt I could get a full 8 hours in running the Cybertake.

This air conditioner is small and portable. But not as portable and versatile as I was hoping. It claims multiple power sources, but it really just has a standard plug, so you have to provide your own various power sources of some kind. I was hoping to take this with to watch local sporting events. It does tell you to let it sit flat for a few hours after transporting before you use it. So, it's not ready to go right away, and that can be an issue with the on-the-go abilities of it.It's small and looks nice, but a little more bulky when you add in the hoses and cords.It does pump out some cool air, so that's the main thing. Overall, I think it's about twice as much as I would think to pay for something like this, but it's good to have around.

Great unit for taking on the go. If you're intending to go camping or travel someplace where you'll need some extra AC for comfort, this is a good companion. It's about 20 pounds, so it's easy to carry around using the handle. It cools pretty well for such a small unit.The description notes several power supply options, but I only saw one option, which was plugging it in. The user manual doesn't outline the other power options if there are any. So if they could make the user manual more clear on the options and how to use them, that would be helpful.It comes with several accessories. First is a hose for the air output so you can keep it outside of your tent and place the end of the hose inside your tent. There is also a drainage hose for any excess condensation.One additional plus is that it is bluetooth compatible so you can control the unit with your phone. This would be especially helpful if you wanted to turn it up, down or off in the middle of the night and the unit is outside of your sleeping space.It's not totally quiet, but for an air conditioner, it's about as quiet as a fan on full power. For the price, it's a great unit. Especially if you are in need of an alternate AC source on hot summer days.
