Decided to make this choice for cooling my home office rather than buying a self contained AC unit mainly due to what appeared to be it’s greater flexibility in terms of use, I think I have made the right choice. Arrived today and unpacked immediately. First off this is no normal fan, it’s heavy, it’s solid and it’s beyond quiet. Build quality looks excellent, it went together perfectly and has a real quality product feel about it. Function wise it’s got everything you want/ need and more when you think it even has remote control. Not tried or attempted to attach the misting unit yet as being used indoors. The cooling effect is brilliant- had it on for 10 mins on mains, then turned it off, the difference was significant. Placed 5 mtrs away from me and on fan speed 2, the temperature went from hot and stuffy to cool in seconds. I have other fans but nothing close to this. The unit stands about 3 feet tall on the pedestal and about 15 inches when just on the base plate. With the head being detachable and the rechargeable battery it makes ease of use so good, and simple. Obviously this is day one, but just looking at and feeling the quality I have no doubt this will be a solid, reliable piece of equipment. I intend to use it when I go fishing overnight soon in my caravan on battery only so will test the claimed battery life too. All in all, if this is like any other ninja products we have I think this could well be a fantastic investment - truly surprised and impressed.

Wow well I was surprised how much I’d really like this fan. At first the price tag was high end for a fan, but with an op coming up and my home like an oven I took the chance and ordered. And I must say I’m not disappointed! I have yet to use outside with water mist! First of all, this fan is well protected and packaged, upon opening the box each part was in soft bag type of material, snug so no moving and getting knocked about in transit, labels clears on each part also! Instructions super easy to read, and assembly went swiftly, less than 5 minutes to put to together. Looks can be deceiving cause it’s a big fan well the head and flat base it but perfect at the same time. The shark fan is very sturdy and well made. This fan comes with a remote with different functions on it for speed, rotate, time and almost. The effectiveness of the fan well it’s very good, also super silent! Shark never disappoints and this was definitely a great fan 10/10

really good fan. bought this due to a broken Dyson fan. Was a bit hesitant to buy, but the Dyson fans had risen in prices quite significantly. I ended up going for this off the back of a couple of reviews from people I know and have to say I'm not disappointed. Its really quite at the lower speeds, so great to have on in the evening. Also use it in my office, and no one mentions on calls that they can hear it. Really easy to use with the remote, or buttons on the fan and has a number of different speed options, as well as air profiles. Looks good, maybe a bit bulky compared to the Dyson, but still a good fan. The mist feature is great in the garden on a hot day and the kids love running through it and playing with the spray.

Genuinely happy with this. It's compact and lightweight, yet very powerful. It runs incredibly quietly (I was honestly surprised at just how quiet it is, especially on the lower settings that are more than powerful enough) . I love the way that the stand is collapsable and the versatility of having the stand and the floor/tabletop fan is brilliant. It's really easy to use, has a number of combinations of settings in terms of fan speed and oscillation and despite being expensive is worth every penny. It is far superior to the bladless Dyson fan which I tried (and which was very poor, especially on comparison to this). If you're looking for a fan and the price suits your budget, then look no further. A top piece of kit.

Quality build and easy use. This fan is almost silent when it runs and cools things down well on its lower speeds. Very handy having a remote control, the fan can the be controlled from the other side of the room. Having the head separate from the stand to make it a table top fan is genius. The whole fan running on a rechargeable battery is great, it enables it to be used inside as well as outdoors.

Near-perfect fan, with a full set of features that far-exceeds those over-priced Dyson equivalents! The conversion from pedestal to tabletop is super straightforward, with a single button and a bit of a yank. The battery wasn't something I was particularly bothered about, but it almost immediately became useful. I wanted to use the fan somewhere for a few hours where it was awkward to setup the power cable -- the Shark fan took seconds to setup! The misting function is also appreciated when outside -- the mist is very fine and carries a good 4-5 metres with the fan on a medium-high setting. It certainly made mowing the lawn that bit less painful! The fan is surprisingly quiet, even at higher settings, making it great for night-time cooling too. I have two minor gripes: you cannot adjust the height of the pedestal and the oscillation is pretty wide. The head can be tilted and of course detached, but no height control does somewhat limit how you can direct the breeze (uniformly over a bed, for example). The oscillation setting has 3 modes: 45 degrees, 90 and 180. However, I think I would have liked to have had an even smaller setting, again for setting up next to a bed. 45 degrees was too wide and left moments when neither of us were being cooled. However, both of these things we could rectify with some careful planning and arrangement. Overall, we were so happy with the fan, my wife immediately bought the non-misting version to use too.

Got the Flex breeze pro mist with the water tank attachment. Paid £220 at the time for the dove coloured one as that was the only one in stock at the time. Worth every penny. Very powerful and still very quiet, completely changed our experience with fans in the UK. Has 5 speeds and you can choose how much horizontal rotation you want, vertical movement is manual. The detach and go option is brilliant and perfectly in line with other shark products which often have detachable functions. The misting is quite heavy and will drench carpets, best used outdoors. We use the fan daily now and hope to get years out of this, build quality is fantastic no rattling or shaking whatsoever.

The fan feels and operates like a high quality product and the detachable floor stand is weighty so it won't fall over. The design is sleek and it looks good in a room. This is a powerful fan on the highest setting while still being significantly quieter than other fans. At lower settings it's plenty powerful enough for smaller rooms and is whisper quiet. The built in tripod is great when detaching from the stand and the built in battery means you don't have to move cables around when moving between rooms. It also comes with a neat remote control with neat led lighting on the front of the fan so that you can see what you're changing from a distance. It also comes bundled with a misting attachment for a garden hose for use outside in the summer (haven't tried this yet). Would say this is just as good (if not better) than the premium bladless type fans...
