Delicious, convenient, and guilt-free — perfect for keto!
for keto! I was pleasantly surprised by these Vanilla Dream Cream Pies from Sinless Snacks! They taste amazing and remind me of classic sandwich cookies — but without the sugar crash. With only 120 calories, 5g of protein, and no added sugar, they’re a great low-carb treat that fits perfectly into my keto lifestyle. The texture is soft and satisfying, and the vanilla cream tastes natural, not artificial. Perfect as an on-the-go snack or when you’re craving something sweet but healthy. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend! 💙🍪

Not as presented
The oats were tasty, however the inner/middle supposedly cream was absolutely horrendous, hard & not as described “cream”!!!

I won't buy again
Poor taste and texture. It might be OK dipped in milk or coffee, but it is not a stand alone snack. Cream looks like a piece of unmelted cheese and is tough.

Healthy spin on a timeless classic
I was blown away by the original rice crispy, even more so with the reworked recipe and now you’ve done it again with the vanilla cream sandwiches. This one hold a special place in my heart because they have been a favorite of mine since childhood and your new spin on a timeless classic brought back fond memories of opening my lunch box in the cafeteria and seeing the surprise oatmeal cream sandwiches that my mom would slip in there for me. I found myself getting misty eyed at those memories and I cannot thank you enough for the trip down memory lane. Now on to the review Right out of the wrapper, it looks the part—two soft, golden-brown oatmeal cookies sandwiching a generous layer of creamy filling. The texture of the cookies is spot-on: chewy with just the right amount of crumble, and the oats give it that hearty, homemade feel. The flavor, a mild, molasses-like undertone from the cookies, The cream filling is smooth and rich, though it’s less sweet than the traditional version. Still, it balances the spiced oatmeal nicely, with hints of cinnamon and vanilla shining through. For a sugar-free treat, it’s surprisingly satisfying—especially if you’re watching your intake or just want a lighter indulgence. It’s another smashing success from the sinless sweets team.

Merely "MEH" with LOTS of room for improvement
First off, let me say that I am generally a fan of the Sinless Snacks brand. I like their other 2 products very much and I am a repeat customer where those products are concerned. While I was extremely excited to try The Oatmeal Cream Pie - Keto Vanilla Cream Sandwich Cookies and super hopeful based on their previous track record with me, the product simply did not live up to my expectations or impress me in ANY way whatsoever. FLAVOR: the product doesn't really have much flavor at all to speak of so I was hugely disappointed by that. TEXTURE: there were both pros and cons for this category so I will share both. CON: The texture of the cookie was a little dry and crumbly at times and I found that to be unappetizing and off-putting because it was a bit like eating cardboard. PRO: That said, the texture of the cookie at times was also very chewy in a similar way oatmeal cookies might be. BUT, this cookie, IMHO, tastes NOTHING like oatmeal cookies OR an Oatmeal Cream Pie...not even close! THE CENTER FILLING: While the center filling provides a little bit of chewy sweet goodness, it does have a very strong, strange chemical taste to it which I didn't like at all. And the COLOR...MANY of the other reviews already mention this point and I will too. The center filling is NOT WHITE AT ALL!!!! It is a weird tannish-brown color. The entire cookie sandwich looks NOTHING like the picture on the front of the package. Ever heard of TRUTH in advertizing guys??!! Come on. If the filling of the cookie is tannish-brown, then show a picture of a cookie sandwich with filling that is tannish-brown. It's really not that difficult a concept to adhere to. CONCLUSION: While this was interesting to have this as a snack once in a while, I do NOT consider it to be one of those "GOTTA HAVE" items that their other 2 products currently fall into. I don't think I will be purchasing these again. They are expensive for a small amount and overall the entire experience was quite a let down and very forgettable.

A low carb, old-fashioned treat
I really enjoy the taste and texture of the cookies. The only tweak I would suggest is to make the filling a bit less sweet (and I LOVE sweet things). A great old-fashioned treat that my husband and I can enjoy on our low-carb lifestyle.

Taffy consistency
The cookie layers are soft with just the right amount of chew, perfectly mimicking the nostalgic oatmeal cream pies I grew up on but with a much healthier twist. The vanilla filling is thick and sweet—almost taffy-like in texture—and definitely sticks to your teeth, which might be a hit or miss depending on preference. What stands out most is how fresh these taste straight out of the package, with no stale aftertaste or chalky coating that you sometimes get with low-carb snacks. The ingredients are clean, with no added sugar, gluten, or artificial preservatives, and they use high-quality protein sources that actually keep you full. Given how expensive most keto-friendly treats can be, I feel the price is absolutely worth it—you’re getting 8 individually wrapped pies with great macros, bold flavor, and thoughtful formulation. For something that’s low-carb, sugar-free, high in protein, and diabetic-friendly,

Terrible
These were so bad. I should have trusted the reviews! I've bought other products from this company that I also didn't like. The cookie was just so-so, but the filling is awful. There is a sort of chemical taste to it and the texture is like some sort of thick fake caramel that is sticky and unappetizing because there is nothing food-like about it, including the awful color. It's so sticky that you can't just peel off the cookies and eat those. They are very small - a little bigger than an oreo in terms of diameter, but very thick/high, so it's not like an oreo. Maybe a little bigger than a mini cupcake.
