Really helped with my digestion issues. Feel lighter.

Easy to swallow. No after taste. I’ve taken them with and without meals and never had any side effects.I know this is for liver support so I didn’t expect to feel anything. It may be completely unrelated, but I have had more energy and less hunger since starting to take this milk thistle. It’s the only supplement I’m taking currently and was surprised to feel this way. I love it though and hope it will continue!

Very good milk thistle very good product

First off, it smells like kitty litter. The taste is disgustingly awful. Yes it was easy to swallow but I ended up throwing it back up because of how awful it was. Not worth the money.
