I really don't understand what safari was thinking while designing the product. You back will hurt because of hard shell. You literally feel like you are carrying a rock on your back. Also the design of diamond shape is not all practical specially if you travelling as you cannot keep things on top due to uneven surface. Design wise also it's pathetic, some local brands are providing better pricing, looks in this segment.

Excellent product. But opening of bag bit difficult. I purchased it for daily use but it is better for tour purposes

There is no padding inside the bag, which is disappointing considering this is a laptop backpack. I can't use it for travel as the laptop bumps inside it. Water can seep in through zippers that are not leak-proof. A well-designed bag is wasted by the manufacturer due to the use of cheap inner material.
