Sharp knife...great value for any chef!

I love it.

Looks great, feels great, and initially worked great. However, after a couple weeks of light-to-moderate use, it does appear to be losing its initial sharpness. Hence, the 4-star review.

Haven’t used yet but they are very Sharp, just touch my thumb to the blade and got a small cut by doing that! They also come with a very nice leather sheath for this piece. The knife looks like the Masato knife but cheaper and you have to purchase the sheath separately got it.

Maybe it was just me, but I got the impression this knife would slice through bone like butter. Nope. The first thing they tell you is; "Don't slice through bone". NIce look, but for slicing ribs or cutting meat keep looking.

Just arrived today. Gave it a quik cleaning and used it to prep for tonight's meal! Easily cut the veggies, but sliced thru the London Broil like soft butter. For $10 (BLK-Friday Deal) can't beat it!

Exactly as it claims to be. Very very sharp and slices really thin. Love it

This knife is a little bit heavy. Just use the meat cleaver to cut meat. do not use it to cut bones . It works great !
