Let me make this simple. If you like it, at all, when someone reaches onto the back of your neck, and the top of your shoulders, and starts to give you a massage…then, with no doubt in my mind, I will tell you that you will like this Snailax Neck/Shoulder Massager! It has adjustable settings, including heat, that allow you to vary the level, and character, of massage you can get. It’s rechargeable via a included USB wire so that you can walk around with this thing massaging you with no worries of having to be stationary near an electrical outlet. You can simply hold it in place, and therefore pull on it to get an even deeper, more intense massage, moving it around to get directly on a “trouble” spot, or just connect the included strap around your back to hold it in place, and let it do it’s magic. It really works the muscles of your neck, and upper shoulders, in such a way that you will know you’ve had a good massage. For the price, especially if on sale, or a coupon is included, it’s a real deal. I’m very pleased with it, and if you decide to give it a try, I bet you will be too!

This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places! I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

This is the best massager. I especially love the setting that holds the muscle for a couple seconds and releases. I will be purchasing my son one for Christmas.

This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension. By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat. It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

I’ve bought so many different types of neck massagers within the past few weeks after trying a similar device in korea. This is by far the best one I’ve tried that I could find here for my left shoulder pain! Other massagers that were cheaper have rotating balls, which did feel good but left me sore and in more pain than I was the next morning. This one squeezes your neck and shoulder. It can be a little hard to position in the right spot with the little legs touching your back/scapula area. I also tried a more expensive device that looked like this one and the legs were shorter exacerbating my issue with the device contacting my body. The heat also works very well and I enjoy the 3 different types of massage patterns. Highly recommend!!!

This portable shoulder massager has came in very handy from tense shoulders to sore muscles in general. My husband has loved this product as well post shoulder surgery to assist in loosing tight muscles outside of therapy. The perfect combination of heat and power to relax sore and tight muscles.

The product was well made and was delivered quickly. I've been dealing with neck pain for the last 6 months and have tried everything from PT to dry needling and was so hopeful this massager would help reduce the tightness. I charged it up and then tried it. I was disappointed because it hurt so much that I couldn't leave it on for even 10 minutes. Mine might be an unusual case so you might still want to try it. The return process through Amazon was painless.

This massager has changed my life! I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable. UNTIL NOW!!! It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it's finished. Things I love: - The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. I can put it on whenever I need to and continue to go about my day. I'm planning to bring it on a long road trip for relief while driving. - The heat feature is adjustable and helps so much. - It's easy to operate. The buttons are easily accessible, and the massage speed and type can be adjusted as needed. - It can be used on the lower back and legs as well—the action and contact points are well-suited for a variety of areas. - The cover is washable and comes off easily with a zipper - It's cordless - It's surprisingly compact—folding up into a bundle for easy packing/storage The battery life doesn't seem to perform quite as well as stated in the manual, but has been sufficient for several sessions before needing to charge. This is the third item from Snailax that I use and love. They have great customer service and well-designed products that improve my quality of life (and make great gifts!).
