How to train your Dragon!
My grandson loved it. He was turning 9 and it barely fit, so be aware that the size runs a little small. I can't get away from him or I would get the next size up.

Good quality and size ranges.
My son loved his costume. He wants to wear it again next year but this is very unlikely with this fitting him just right this year. He is tall for his age. The fabric is very stretchy and will fit a few size ranges. The one I bough is a 10/12 and my son is between a 12/14. We were lucky that we had a warm Halloween this year, I didn’t have to try to layer him up underneath. Pretty good quality for the price. I would purchase again.

Looks great if you fix the flaws and modify it to stay in place.
I bought this for our 6 yr old son to wear at Dragon*Con this past weekend. I have to say the costume was a hit at the Con, so many people commented, "Cute little Toothless!" and lots took pictures of him in it. We added black gloves to it and it really helped the look of the costume.Pro's: It looks just like Toothless, very cool and our son just loved it.It arrived sooner than the delivery estimate, which was good because it was cutting it close to get to us in time. Kudos to Anytime Costumes & Party for the super quick delivery!Materials quality was better than expected - it survived two long days at the Con with no obvious damage.Con's: As others have said, the mask is not as presented in the pictures. It's gray and so doesn't match the rest of the costume. The eyes are just slits instead of see-through mesh. The mask also arrived bent inwards on one side, to the point that it scraped his ear and temple when worn. I took a page from another reviewer's book and used a hair dryer to re-form the mask until it looked right and didn't cause discomfort.Keeping the wings attached was a pain until we got help from the Free CosPlay Repairs team at Dragon*Con. We used safety pins to attach the wings higher up on the shoulders then another safety pin to hold the neck closed in back because with the wings positioned correctly they pulled the flimsy neck Velcro closure apart. And even when well-attached and correctly positioned, they wouldn't stand out away from the body for more than a few minutes and then they were just drooping at his sides. The Velcro attachments on the mask and shoe covers are a complete joke. They don't stick together AT ALL. We put name-brand Velcro dots on them and they stayed attached. The tail is set too low, like low on the butt and dragged the ground. Once again we fixed that with safety pins, pinning it up higher at his waist and it looked much better and no longer dragged the ground. The size runs very large. He is 48" and 50lbs and the legs were too long and the shoe covers flopped all over the place when he walked. As a side note, we also bought the Hiccup from HTTYD2 costume, same manufacturer, same size (medium). The Hiccup costume was too small, we could barely get the shoe covers down to his shoes. So different costumes purportedly the same size from the same manufacturer are not the same size at all.All in all I'm happy with the costume, I only gave it four stars because of all the repairs and modifications we had to do to make it work.

This does not look like Toothless the dragon, save your time and money.
This costume is very thin, it is a plain black suit with what looks to be white paint splatter as the "scales" on the Dragon. The mask is gray not Black and it the only thing that actually looks like Toothless. The wings would not stay on the suit due to the fact of the Velcro not matching up, and the back gaped open where the wings were pulling on the suit from being so flimsy. For the price I expected better quality! I waited on hold with customer service for over 30 min and then left my number with an automated machine an hour and half later I did receive a call back, it seemed that it was a common issue with this costume.

Happy !!
My nephew love it !!! People were talking on the material being cheap . I was a little skeptic , But when receiving it . to be honest the material is thin which is good because the kids have to wear clothes under . Unless you planning to wear the custom instead of clothes then yes you could say is to thin . But honestly why would anyone do that ??!!..

My daughter loved it!
My daughter loved it!! I had to get a size larger since they were out of her size, but we just pinned it up some around the waist. The wings have wire in them so we were able to make them stand out as desired. The tail just hangs, a little wire in the top would be nice. She was able to see rather well out of the mask.

Son loves it but not great quality....And the mask isn't mesh....
My 7 year old son loves this costume. It's your average costume with the velcro on the back that will stick to the fabric and pull it to pieces if you're not careful. I read other reviewers mention that the wings tear and break. I can see how this would happen so I've actually picked up the costume until Halloween comes because I don't think it would take much for it to get ruined. After Halloween he can have it to play with on a daily basis until it's no longer any good. (I don't have much hope that it will last long) I was hoping that the other reviewers were wrong about the mask not being mesh, but they were absolutely right. It's plastic and really a disappointment. Thankfully my son is happy but this is definitely a cheaply made costume for the price.

Good for the price
A lot of the reviews pointed that it was cheap and the wings don't style up and the mask is not nice...well yeah but for 20 bucks the costume is just fine. My 8 year old daughter loves it the mask and the wings...we live in a cold place Halloween is always chilly and there's plenty of room to put long sleeves under...I think it's worth it
