They are exactly as stated... Perfect storage bags for everyday use or even for a quick piping bag fill in. You just can't beat the value for the price. I saw so many complaints about the thinner material and not holding up to the freezer. These bags were never intended for the freezer. I too found them on the thinner side but the quality as far as keeping foods fresh and storing wetter items has held up. I have used them as piping bags in a pinch with no problem. I have never tried using them in my freezer, I have a vacuum sealer for my frozen items, yet I can see that they are not made for freezer use. These are definitely a true value for price!

Well, I haven’t filled them with water and goldfish and thrown them against the wall, but for day to day storage of foods, fridge and freezer and also for pens, crayons and bags for travel they are great. For travel, you put small items like undies and socks, don’t fill all the way. Zip up but leave about 2-3 inches at the top and just roll them up and close zip. They work a bit like space bags that way. Then after the trip I bring home the soiled items safely tucked away from clean items. Bring a couple of Safebags also to bring home your new clothes!

The seal on these bags are really tight - the seams of the sides of the bag might seep some liquids though, but that is going from experience with using the sandwich bags. These ones seem like they are made more durable, so it might work, I just have not tried it yet. I think they are a great value for the money and the package comes with a good quantity so you don't feel like you have to ration them out. There is enough so I use them to keep smaller items organized and storing items for later use. These would be good for storing foods in the freezer too as they do have a double zipper seal which seems to be a pretty tight seal...sealed so tightly they are almost hard to open.

It is interesting how we, as human beings magnify the negative and overlook the positive. I bought these bags awhile ago and I was impressed with the quantity and how well they held up. I wasn't even compelled to write a review of how well they were. Until....the other day...I took a bag out and it was split from the seam. I pulled one.aftwr the next and it was the same thing for the next 3 bags. I was angry and felt cheated. I even took pictures and decided to do a review about how horrible these bags are...Then I remembered...I have had these bags for a while AND it was only 4 bags (so far) out of a box of 120. There are still a lot more and hopefully no more will be ripped. Overall, the bags are durable and does the job. Unfortunately, the "machine" that made these, wasn't "perfect", ensuring no defects. If no more are broken, then it was worth the money. Honestly, if there were no broken bags I would have given 5 stars.

GREAT product!!

With the pandemic, and especially last year duringRemote learning, the teachers wish list always included gallon ziploc type storage bags. They’re mot being used for heavy duty food, and freezer storage and what not. So, rather than donate my personal supply I came onto Amazon and found these solimo brand option. Teachers were using to create craft kits, activity kits, holiday kits, and to receive and give out school material. Mostly paper. Affordable so I can donate , and have extra funds to treat the teacher. Even got some for our home stash, and have come in so handy for organization purposes.

I love these bags. The price is FANTASTIC!!! They work just like Ziploc ones, even better. I think these are more durable than the brand Ziploc. You get a ton of these for way less money! I'm impressed and won't purchase anything other than these from now on! I won't need to buy them anytime soon, as there are a ton! I'm very satisfied with this purchase. If you need bags for your home, tools, food, etc you should definitely purchase these!

Inexpensive bags, perfect would buy again!
