Very smart tap
Put this tap in my bar with a black sink and it looks great

Franke are a pain!
This is a great tap - well built and flexible. Unfortunately after about 18 months the handle came off and wouldn't screw back on, so I contacted Franke to get a replacement. However, they claimed this is not a UK product, so wouldn't offer to replace it or send a part.So I ended up calling Amazon who gave me a refund.Avoid Franke as they are rubbish and unhelpful

Peeling coating
Very pleased with this tap,but exactly one year after i bought it the coating started peeling off,not even use kitchen cleaner on it because the sink is franke too and we didn’t want to damage it,however warranty on coating is one year and it last one year.

Non standard connectors!
Great tap! But a massive pain to install. You’ll likely need to buy new tap connectors depending on your current tap.
