Great hiking backpack for toddlers
I absolutely love this back pack. I purchased it as a shower gift twice. My grandson is now two and we still get great use of this backpack when hiking . Or walking . It is made with quality material and has safety features that include straps for around the waist of the person carrying the toddler, shoulder straps that are comfortable The sun awning is wonderful to keep the sun off your toddler. It has adjustability as your child grows . It’s light weight Great value for your money

Took a bit of adjusting
To get it to sit right it took some trial and error on adjustments definitely try it out at home prior to use so you can get the adjustments pretty close to your comfort so you’re not messing around with it for awhile at your destination. Other than this product is great! Sturdy, comfortable and secure. I didn’t worry about my little one at all she loved it. I’m not a super strong person after over a year off the gym and prior c section so I was nervous about using this. It didn’t hurt my prior incision site, it wasn’t too heavy (the pack itself) and surprisingly distributed the weight across my body. Honestly my little one was easier to carry in this vs other style carriers because of the weight distribution. Plus with the back pack element I wasn’t also worrying about toting around my purse and a separate diaper bag on top of carrying her. The convenience of it all in one place made me very happy. This was exactly what I needed for hikes / adventures outdoors!!

Great quality.
Been using this ever since I tried it at a hike in Gatlinburg. Even when I’m just in the house and baby doesn’t wanna be away from mama. My baby loves it and I love it. I highly recommend this product!

Comfortable
I like the fact it was lighter then I expected but still heavy. I wanted a simple carrier but this looked bit complex for me to use the fact that it had space down below and the u can detach the tiny bag. I returned it because it was too bulky because I had to take it on airplane and too bulky to fit in my suitcase. So I didn’t get to use it only tried it at home before returning it and my husband said it was more comfortable then the other once I bought.

-Super comfortable - waist and should straps don't bother me at ...
Ok, so I've used this backpack for 3 hikes with my little guy, and this is what I've got: Pros: -Super comfortable - waist and should straps don't bother me at all and my 11-month old has fallen asleep on the way down from the hike every time -Seems like there is a lot of machine washable/removable pieces - there is a pad in the front of the baby's face (great feature) that is removable, which is nice because my son slobbers on it constantly. -Bottom compartment is nice a roomy, we can fit wipes, diapers, sandwiches, drinks, bottle, snacks and jackets in it no problem. Great space. -Pretty much everything seems to be adjustable - you can change the height of the shoulder straps for you and baby, waist strap location, how much play your baby's area has (meaning how much it can lean back on your back) -Shade for sunny days, as well as cover for windy/rainy days. We haven't used the rain protector yet, but we put it on indoors just to see what it was like and it looks like it will work nicely Cons: -Waist strap only really adjusts on the right side of the buckle. The left side stays more or less stationary, which is annoying because I like to have the buckle right in the middle. I think if I fed the left waist strap through the buckle a little different, it would work better, but I never think of it until I'm already strapped in. -Sun shade is pretty weak. We almost always see another couple with a baby carrier on our hikes. And the osprey and snugli brands seem to have better shade cover. Unless you're facing away from the sun, the shade cover really doesn't seem to shield our little guy from the sun. Which is annoying because he's pretty fair and has really light hair (despite both parents having dark hair) -No chest clip for baby - this is annoying because the straps can slide off of his shoulders a little easier than I would like. It's not really an issue since his legs are still strapped in and it has side 'walls' that keep him in, but it would have been nice to have those. We ended up getting a chest clip on amazon to just add to it so it does have a chest clip. Overall: I wish the sunshade was better, so I didn't have to put a hat on him (it's constantly in his eyes while he's in the backpack). But the functionality, comfort level for both me and my son, the great storage space all coupled with the price makes this something I would recommend to a friend. Other competitors (Osprey) are like $250-$300 for something that is only marginally better. So if you're looking to save some $ but still get a high quality hiking backpack, I would say this is a great option.

My son said it was great.
My son had been wanting one of these to take his youngest daughter along on hikes with her older siblings but many are heavy and bulky. He said it was extremely comfortable and it was easy for her to get in and out of when needed but liked the secure buckles when hiking. He said having the little backpack and extra storage was extremely convenient. He said he recommends this product.

I bought this baby carrier as an upgrade to one I had wore out with my two previous children. I live and work on a farm so I need something that is not only comfortable for the kiddo but also I can wear for hours without regretting it the next day. This pack did the trick! It is so adjustable so if something isn't sitting just right I can adjust it until it is perfect. And its easy to adjust on the fly. Plus it has tons of padding so it don't pinch me anywhere. My son loves riding in it and often sleeps while being packed around. The sun shade has been very handy as well and is easy to set up and take down. I have also used it on long walks and my old pack put my arms to sleep if I went anything over 3 miles, but I went 6 miles with this one with no problem. Great pack! Great price! I highly recommend it!

Walks
my husband loves to take my son on walks whether it’s summer winter any season really and this was the perfect addition to their walking adventures with our dog. It’s very sturdy and keeps my son very secure.
