I bought them for helping in the gym, not that they helped.But what i did find is that by putting x1 in my morning coffee, it gave me a pick-me-up....I love the taste.

I would strongly encourage you to consider another brand than this if you are looking for a fat burner type supplement.Used entire box as directed paired with diet and exercise regime but honestly didn't feel as though I was getting any extra boost from them and they didn't seem to have any positive effect on my appetite.I have used other significantly cheaper products than this and definitely noticed a difference.Overall very disappointed as I have used their HMB capsules previously and thought they worked very well.

It took about three weeks for it to really start working, now I regularly take them, I'm losing weight slowly and feel more active.

Be aware normal dosage may give you vomit inducing, stomach churning, dizziness, throbbing headache and aching limbs side effects. Don't believe body was meant to be subjected to this mind frying amount of stimulants at one go. Maybe just my reaction but do take note before buying. A good bottle of 🍷 and good music much more worth it
