So I waited until I used the entire bottle so I could give an accurate review. And for me they worked very well . My skin cleared up a little after 2 weeks. My girl down there was smelling way better and was more lubricated during adult activities around the 2 week mark as well. TBH I didn’t notice much difference in my breath or oral health . And I think it’s far too soon to notice any immunity or other effects yet. But my bloating is way less noticeable and it did help a little with not feeling as hungry . I would recommend to stay hydrated . Also they don’t taste like anything. I am ordering another bottle since they recommend 8 weeks to see full results . 10/10 recommend !

I felt the results right away because my gut was overdue way over for a cleansing. I take as needed and it works just the same. But I took it everyday until I felt a change like no more bloating and pain and cramp when stress. This really has helped change my life. I’m more confident to eat what I want. No taste. Looking for a tasteless probiotic with no taste. This is it with great quality and color also doesn’t make your stomach upset. I do recommend because of the amount of the low cost.
