The Tea basket attaches magnetically to the lid - Value for Money Expensive but worthed, I have had many brands before this and by far this is better - Temp Control Percise , great for all type of usage and teas like Green Tea and Olong - Boil Speed Super fast, 2-3 Minutes depending how ful it is - Build Quality Superb, Old fashion Germanic I hope the company manufacture other itens liek Toaster and more. At first impression, this tea maker feels extremely premium. The materials, finish quality, cable, and overall industrial design are genuinely impressive. As a Turkish family living in the US, we were honestly very excited to finally have a machine designed specifically for Turkish tea culture. Unfortunately, after only about 4 months of normal household use, the unit suddenly stopped heating water. The temperature became stuck at 28°C and never increased again. We tried everything: - resetting the unit, - cleaning/descaling it with citric acid, - checking for mineral buildup, - testing different outlets. Nothing solved the issue. What disappointed us most was that we could not reach SAKI customer service in a meaningful way. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in and approved a full refund. Without Amazon’s support, the process would have been much more difficult. I still think the idea behind this product is fantastic, especially for Turks living in America who miss proper Turkish tea. The design team clearly put effort into aesthetics and user experience. However, I genuinely believe more engineering focus is needed on the electrical/heating system and especially the base unit. After researching further, I also noticed other users reporting similar heating-related problems. I hope the people behind the product read feedback like this and continue improving it, because the concept itself is actually great.

This teapot is beyond our expectations; we used another brand, which broke down after a few months, so we decided to give Saki a try. It does not have plastic components and is of very good quality, plus so stylish. It also takes a short time to make delicious Turkish tea. It is also easy to clean it with citric acid and water. Highly recommended!

Our household needs tea running 3 times a day in high demand, so we really get to test this to the max. It’s been almost one year of use, and the machine is reliable and super convenient. It keeps the water warm and whatever temperature you need. The auto-shut off at 3 hours is also helpful for when we forget to turn it off. And the tea strainer is a perfect size for the kettle/pot and works well for our loose leaf teas. The price point is worth it for the convenience and ease of use. We loved this product so much that we ended up buying the large / commercial sized one that they have - and we use that for when we have guests or events. Our local mosque also uses this brand and the same machines for their cafe area and have no complaints. One suggestion - we stuck some tape on the top of the heating stand where the metal meets the plastic LED display as we sometimes drip/spill water there and wanted extra protection - that’s an easy thing, just some clear tape all across the top gap helps to protect it. Customer service was also responsive and professional as they promptly helped us with problems we were facing. Thank you!
