This laptop works great for my needs and I am glad i purchased this one.

Great Dell Computer
Dell is always a superior product and this is no exception. I have always purchased Dell computers. Since it is refurbished it is not in original dell packing however it is complete and in new condition. It is my understanding it has new computer Dell warranty and new computer Dell tech help if any problems arise. But I have had no problems with mine with several months of use and so I have had no need for it. It has the same superior quality as all Dell computers have.

Superfast and reliable. No backlite and a little bit heavy. Not suitable for travel.

Great for general use, watch out for battery life
Laptop arrived quickly and packaged up very well. When closed, it looks basically new. When we opened it, we noticed the keyboard could have been cleaned a bit better but no big deal. Powers up great and operates fine so far. All the specs match up to what is listed. The only negative so far is that Amazon Renewed states that an "Excellent" condition refurb's battery life will be at 80% or better, but this one is at 75%. A little bummed about that but overall I think this laptop will work well for the business use case we got it for.

For general use its great. Not a good choice for aaa games.
Operating system issues. Windows 10 not working properly thus causing issues with command prompt. Having to manually fix issues.

The media could not be loaded. The laptop arrived in very good condition without details, the battery is perfect, it does not have any scratches, it came with its original charger, its keyboard is like new, all the functional positionsIt is the best purchase I could make and it came out very cheap

Great Dell PC
Dell Technologies have sold over 77 million PC’s for a reason. The Dell Latitude 5480 which I purchased from this seller exemplifies why this is. The purchased laptop was received in great condition and was fully functional. Even dealing with special circumstances, this seller was very responsive, professional, and went beyond expectations. I and would definitely buy from itreplay again.
