Be warned—this tea will have you running to the bathroom! It definitely works, but best used when you’re staying home.

Pain level is mild it’s worth every penny, it’s easy to use, less water and I use two tea bags to make it stronger.

Some of the online reviews and videos are extremely exaggerated. I eat mostly clean foods and watch my macros. This is important because my cleans didn’t need to blast away my insides. I had some rumbling at 1am and raced to the bathroom on day 3 having 3 glasses a day but over all my bathroom time just made me use more tp as my stools had more water in them. Positive points it’s tastes is good that’s why the 3. Cups a day. Another positive point my dysplasia vanished over night. Is this a permanent solution probably not, but do i look thinner because I’m not bloated and have more energy just by adding this yes

Well..damn
It does it's job lol. I never really had issues with bowel movements but...I do bloat and have issues with retaining water.I gave this a try and damn...I didn't see here that it causes cramping...so, within a couple hours of drinking the tea. I immediately felt cramping and the urge to go potty. I was like oh damn...it felt like a upset stomach mixed with slight period cramps and it kinda sucked to feel it lolI felt this 3 times and went each time. I suggest being near a toilet when you drink this tea and at least within 2 hours near by a toilet if you need to go somewhere.On the bright side, I'm not bloated lol. I'm going to drink a smaller cup today to see how it sits in my stomach.1/28/25 UPDATE: I drank a smaller cup of this tea and I felt better. No stomach cramps or stomach aches. It felt like healthy normal urge to go to the bathroom. No pain or discomfort. Highly suggest this tea if anyone is ever constipated or bloated and needs to go.

AMAZING results within the day

Bad cramping
Caused bad cramping and hit me a day later. Everyone is different but I couldn’t stop going to the restroom at night. I will be holding off on it but it does work and cleans you out as if you’re prepping for a colonoscopy.
