Much smaller than I expected. Zipper is stiff and tough to work. Small opening that will limit what can be put in the backpack. There's a strong chemical smell from the materials.

Smelled like death when removed from the package. I’m going to let it offgas overnight, but if it smells like this after 8-10 hours I’m returning it.

This is a cute bag but I was very disappointed with the size. It is very small! I expected it to be a mini back pack but it was more of a mini-mini back pack.
