Brilliant boiler, and excellent value for money
The boiler arrived on time in perfect condition, I tried it as soon as I got it, it heats a full 30 litres in one hour and keeps the water warm for hours even when unplugged.

Powerful but not as an out of a box solution for homebrewers
Bought this as a mash tun for home brewing. It's powerful and heats up quickly. Biggest minus comes from the fact that it doesn't come with a rolling boil option as default, so you have to insulate the thermostat a bit or do some other warranty breaking stuff in order to use it for brewing. For non British customers, replacing the power plug to a continental one was fairly easy (just disconnect a few screws) but you have to buy the replacement from your local electronics store (for ~2 €). Another minus for handles which don't give you a proper grip if you need to move the urn while full.

igenix IG4030 catering urn
We bought this for our church. Very pleased with this choice. A good quality urn at a FAB price. We are glad we bought the larger one because even though we only fill it up to about 8-10 litres at the moment we know we can go bigger when we need to in the future. It doesn't take long to get to temperature and automatically comes on and brings the water up to temperature when it drops. Very smart looking and quite slim line. A great choice if you can't make up your mind.

Not for us.
Bought for Care Home but once boiled it then goes off the boil and once it drops sufficiently it boils up again. However you cannot bring it back to the boil on command and we found if we needed to use it to make a pot of tea the temperaturs was such that the residents complained about the tea and that it wasn't hot enough.Admittedly I should have been more aware of the description and picked up on this but have had to buy another model that you can bring back to the boil whenever needed.

did not keep the water hot
it was ok to begin with but when making cups of teas and coffees in the family home it was not hot enough to drink , the thermostat needs to be looked at as it never boiled the water only kept it warm hence the low rating
