Q: What amplifier is recomended? I would be adding 2 exterior speakers

Not sure I understand the question. These speakers are not designed for outdoor use. The power rating is listed on the speaker, so you need an amplifier that much power.

Q: Can these be installed with loose insulation aroundit it?

You can, but I’d recommend using something like “OEM SYSTEMS COMPANY ISF-147 Pop-up Nylon Ceiling Speaker Protective Cover” to keep the insulation out of the speaker back.

Q: How much does the pair weigh? I mean shipping weight.

Question for the shipper, not the end user. These have fairly heavy magnets, so I’d guess with all the packaging, etc., the package would weigh @ 15-20lb.

Q: Do these speakers need a addition mounting kit to install ?

No they do not, each speaker has 4 built in “dog ears” that clamp the speaker to your surface
