Unbelievable reel for the money. Really appears to be great quality, smooth and long casting. Haven't used it but once, but on a 15 foot rod, it will cast a very very long way.

Worth price, strong drag, smooth reel size big enough for long fishing distance,edges ware sharp but other than that i like it

It might not look it, but it's one tough cookie, went through a lot of abuse and half a year later it still performs. I will recommend for users that need a lot of line capacity, but it's not the best for long casting, more of a boating reel. It's great value for the price.

Do not user these in saltwater and get them wet internally. They won’t last. I rinse all of my gear off and these did not last but a few months. I bought 3 different ones and they have all mechanically failed. Should have spent the extra $ on something more reliable items. They look nice out of the box and work great until the corrosion starts. I recently purchase a drone to help cast so as long as you don’t get the internal gears wet you should be ok. I will give it three stars only because they do work great out of the salt water. I would presume if it was freshwater, it would not be a problem.
