Does the job well. Vit. D3 20 mcg = 800 IU, however, not 400 IU, as stated on the label and around the product description.

This Calcium pill is very nice. I have a hard time swallowing larger pills due to previous neck surgery. This pill is not small, but not as large as some calcium pills. I bought some before that were too large for me to take. I have had to have treatments for bone loss, so I need to take a higher milligram of Calcium. I can take these so thank you.

My Endocrinologist directed me to take Calcium daily, not just get the mineral from food. I went through several bottles of Calcium supplements trying to find one I could swallow at the dose my doctor prescribed. I FINALLY found this brand & read reviews. I have ordered this calcium 4 times. I like the product and the size of the pill is easy to swallow. The label on the most recent bottle that I received shows that manufacturer has reduced the amount of Zinc from 10 mg to 4 mg. However, the label pictured on the Amazon listing continues to show the old label listing the 10 mg amount (rather than the accurate 4 mg). I did previously notify the seller of the discrepancy. Not a big deal to me and I will continue to order this product --- just wanted to alert others in case the Zinc amount is important to them.

My nails are stronger and longer than ever after taking these calcium tablets daily. My hair is less brittle too. Better than any hair, skin, nails combo I've tried. They are kind of large but that doesn't bother me. They can be cut in half also. No aftertaste or smell. I'll be buying these again.

just what the doctor ordered

I was happy to find this producte. But the got upset for as it displays misleading/ fake information to consumers. In their ad image it states "Calcium 1000mg". However, the real label that came with the product sent to me says "calcium (as calcium citrate 1000mg) PROVIDING ELEMENTAL CALCIUM 242MG". Which means that the real dosis of elememtal calcium you are getting per tablet is less than 250mg. Moreover, the dosis of Vit D3 is in higher range (20mcg), which means that if you take more than a tablet a day to compensate the defixit of calcium dose in 1 tablet, you will get vitamin D overdose. Vitamin is lyposoluble so it is not excreted. This is bad formulation with purposelly misleading dose of Calcium. The worse part is, that I only realize about the wrong information once I got the product and you cannot returned it back. Would put zero stars.

Good product, no problems

Excellent product. I don't have much to say but in Calcium. Calcium citrate is best for that gets absorbed quickly in blood stream and along with magnesium it's great suppliment. My mother has tried many brands. Absolutely loved this. You can feel the difference within days.

Small tablets compared to some brands and only 1 tablet needed to provide the daily calcium requirements.

This isn’t such high mg as it reads, so I’m not sure about it, you have to make sure you’re getting enough calcium with osteoporosis, and the citrate is supposed to absorb better, especially if you have gastric ailments, but the overall mg isn’t enough, and you can’t take more than stated dose
