I am SHOCKED at how well this wax works. I got my waxing license back in 2003 and have used a ton of different waxes (I no longer do it professionally). I had purchased two bags of cheaper wax a couple years ago and was really disappointed by them. They were so crappy that I just stopped waxing myself. But I am going out of the country for 6 weeks so I wanted to wax my legs, my husband’s outer ears and his shoulders. I was impressed by the claims of low melting temperature, easy to pull off, easy to clean up plus the reviews were good. This wax delivered on every 👏 single 👏 claim 👏. Not only that but my husband has never had his shoulders successfully waxed before. Both myself and other professionals have tried and the hair just breaks. This wax got every single hair!! No breakage at all! Normally my legs are covered in red dots and very irritated after I wax them. But with this wax, they look almost completely normal afterwards. I used vegetable oil to get off the remaining wax. Came off very easily.

I’ve tried other waxes before but never have they been as good as this one! This was super creamy and spreads like a dream. It wasn’t flaky, dry or cracking. Really good wax that gets every single hair. However it is very gentle on the skin. 100% would recommend!

Personal Background Info (you can skip this part if you want; I am HORRIBLY long-winded): I am very hairy…always have been (in the first grade, my classmates nicknamed me “gorilla legs,” just so you can get an idea). Now, I decided I was tired of feeling like I was one wrong move from a trip to the hospital when shaving just for the hair to be back in less than an hour. I was tired of being afraid when rinsing off the shaving gel bc I knew I’d get goosebumps and leave the shower with a stubble. Looked at the cost of a full body wax, and almost immediately decided against it. I just bought some replacement wax beads, and decided to try these because of the price and reviews (I also thought the pink was really pretty, but I don’t think I’m supposed to admit the color of a body wax was a deciding factor in my decision to purchase). Effectiveness: One thing I will say is this stuff works, but has its limits like every other wax. Remember how I said I had really coarse hair? Well that is specifically my legs, armpits, and bikini line. I had to wax my armpits and wanted to clean up some missed spots on my legs, and I quickly realized that the wax was probably not the best for coarse hair. The photo I’m attaching of my armpit (I’ve attached as the last photo in case anyone is squeamish about dots of blood) was after multiple strips (I know you aren’t supposed to go over the areas multiple times, but I have a wedding that I’m in this weekend and needed the hair gone). As you can see, it left quite a bit of hair behind after numerous strips. Now, compare that to the photos I am attaching of the strips I used for my arms as well as the photo showing the juxtaposition between the spot on my arm that I waxed and the hair. As you can probably see, my arm hair is very dense, but not coarse like my legs and armpits. This wax removed it beautifully. One strip removed pretty much everything in a section. This got me excited, so I decided to try it on my boyfriend’s leg (photo attached). His leg hair is very long and thick, but not as coarse as mine (which is humbling, but I’m not gonna get into that). I was very impressed with how easily it removed his leg hair. Again, one strip was enough to remove pretty much everything in a section. It also was pulling the hair out at the root, which was very impressive for how long his hair was. Irritation: This is where the photos of me vs my boyfriend really show a difference. My arms were very red, and I actually noticed a few hives after doing some strips. This subsided rather quickly and wasn’t particularly uncomfortable, but it was still a degree of irritation I haven’t experienced with other waxes. In the photo of my arms next to each other, there is visible bruising on my mid arm. There was wax stuck there that I picked off instead of softening with oil to remove. That was the only bruising I experienced when using this wax, and it was completely my fault. As you can see in my boyfriend’s photo, he didn’t experience any redness or irritation. He actually commented on how the process was not as painful as he was expecting. I, on the other hand, found it more painful than other hard waxes, but still less painful than soft wax. Overall: Knocked off a star because it is advertised as working for all types of hair and great for sensitive skin. It really isn’t as one size fits all as the listing makes it seem, but I also understand that I am a bit of an anomaly in the body hair department, haha. Despite this, I will probably be repurchasing given its effectiveness on my arms and face, and I do love the price. Overall, it is a great value and would probably work well for most people. I would just be cautious if your skin is very sensitive/you have very coarse hair.

I am writing this review after using it atleast 4 times since i bought it and trust me I don't easily write review. This is an amazing wax especially if you've a very sensitive skin like mine. I use this wax for my underarms, sideburns, upperlips and chin area. Guys this picks up even the smallest of the hair in one go and hence no irritation to the skin. I have felt that after using this wax my hair growth is slow maybe because it takes out hair so nicely. I had ordered tresswellness brand's wax before. It unfortunately didn't work for me very well in the sense that it wasn't waxing my underarm and facial hair that effectively. I had to to use multiple times and that was irritating my skin. Personally this girlearle one worked the best for me.

I usually don't write reviews. In fact, I've never written one, but I felt this product deserved my extra effort because it's gone the extra mile for me. I'm unfortunately a very hairy girly and have to wax my 'stashe and sideburns all the time and I usually have to go back in with tweezers to clean up finer hairs that my wax misses, and usually waxing is quite an ordeal for me because I am so pain averse. I've never changed up my wax beads before because how does it scientifically make sense that the type of wax would actually have any bearing on pain level? It doesn't make sense. In fact, it makes ZERO sense at all. But this wax has altered my life course. Waxing is not nearly as painful and it somehow gets all of the fine hairs in one swoop. My skin also feels baby soft afterwards and I have had zero breakouts. I now find myself looking for more places to wax. It also simultaneously smells very good. What sorcery. Don't hesitate to buy. Will continue to purchase and sing its praises.

The wax cools at just the right consistency and is easy to apply.

It's an okay wax. It's not as sensitive as the description stated, but it gets the job done. I like how it doesn't break when you remove it and it dries pretty fast.
