Quality and presentation
Second time purchasing this product. We used two years ago and it was very good color and quality, it’s my spring desserts important ingredient now.

Light, dreamy colour.
Sakura powder with an extremely faint taste, but that's fine as this type tends to work best for colour more than flavour. Good quality, and smells fresh. Workable texture as a fine powder that blends without any issues into everything I have tried so far, being drinks and baking. In baking, even with a moderate amount used, the colour tends to be a fainter blush pink. Very pretty.

Sakura Cherry Blossom Powder
When you open the package you're greeted by a very mild smelling bright pink powder. If you've ever had sakura flavored sweets or other food before, you know it doesn't have a very strong flavor profile, it's more of an aftertaste to enhance other flavors. But it mainly serves as a very good food dye that is safe and natural. The flowers themselves also have alleged health benefits being rich with antioxidants.I will say, I mixed it with some milk and it turned it a brilliant pink that was very pretty! This would be great for a fancy party or adding a bright tpop or color without using synthetic chemicals or harmful dyes. It is pricey but that is often the cost of the more natural healthy option. Overall, it's a special occasion kind of item and not an everyday make your tea look pretty kind of thing.

Wish there was more fragrance
I didn't feel that the sakura flavour was very pronounced. It was very light. When you open the bag, you do get that rich, earthy scent, it just hold when adding it to a glass or baking- which could be a good or bad thing depending. It also took a bit for the powder to dissolve. I do think it adds a very pretty pink colour. Sakura is supposed to be an antioxidant, so it could be worth adding it in to your diet. I'm not sure I would buy this, as it is a bit expensive.

A little goes a long way. Strong floral flavour.

Pink and tasteless.
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this isn't very good. It has almost no flavor. It is pink, so it meets half the description. I would not waste my money on buying this.

Sakura Cherry Blossom Powder
This product is a very fine powder that you can add to things as an ingredient or dye for dishes, especially in baking, or as a topping. Don't make the mistake of thinking it will taste like cherries. It's Sakura Cherry BLOSSOM powder. It's actual flavor is very light and subtle, with a bit of saltiness, and a bit of a floral flavor. It's very delicate and not at all overpowering. My favorite thing to do with it is to sprinkle some over vanilla ice cream to give it a little fun new flavor. I've also used it as an additive in homemade ice cream, and the end result was a beautiful pink ice cream, though it didn't do much to change the flavor in that amount.I think it's a pleasant and easy to use coloring first and foremost, and is good for flavoring in very specific situations. I can recommend it, and I used my small package of it a lot.

Tastes Good with Potential Health Benefits
First, it is important to note that not all cherry blossoms are edible and some can trigger allergic reactions. However, this Sakura cherry blossom is edible, offering a pleasant taste, though not exceptional. I prefer a glass of cold, hand-made lemonade instead. The product is allergen-free and Non-GMO, meaning it is not genetically modified and does not contain genetically modified ingredients. What surprises me is that the marketers emphasize its flavor and beautiful color but fail to mention its potential health benefits. Cherry blossoms are believed to possess antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties. They also contain flavones, which may help reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering LDL cholesterol. My recent blood test showed that my LDL cholesterol was higher than recommended. My doctor and physician assistant urged me to start medication, but I declined because I knew why my LDL had increased. Currently, I am managing my diet and exercising daily. Further research suggests that Sakura cherry blossom powder could aid in lowering cholesterol. It will become a valuable addition to my regimen if this proves true. While I cannot yet speak to its long-term benefits, the pleasant taste and potential health properties make it worth trying. I will update my review if any issues arise. For now, I recommend it.
