Excellent for making a DIY electrolyte blend
As others have mentioned this does not taste great but I’m using for health to make a DIY electrolyte mix, and taste is not my main priority. This is a good quality potassium powder to use for optimizing electrolyte levels especially for keto, intermittent fasting and omad folks where getting our electrolytes right is critical. I literally spent hours researching all available options on Amazon, and weeded out almost every other option due to either lack of certification or cost. This one was the best. How to use: Dissolve it in 1/2 cup hot water then 8 ounces water total. Mix with sodium and / or magnesium for DIY electrolyte powder at a fraction of the cost. Add citric acid and stevia to improve the flavor, or raw dog it without any additives if you can put up with a salty bitter tasting liquid. How much to use? Depends on what you’re using it and what your body weight etc. I’m using 1/8 teaspoon right now but that might change. In all honesty I’m checking with ChatGPT and based on my symptoms (heart palpitations after fasting, it gave me the perfect answer which was take a 1/4 teaspoon of sodium, (dissolved in water) then if palpitations continue, add 1/8 teaspoon potassium (dissolved in water). Worked perfectly, and palpitations stopped completely in about 20 mins. Once my fasting is more stable I’ll find the right ratio to mix into a balance of sodium + potassium + magnesium, but for now I’m being more deliberate to manage GI symptoms. A good reason to create your own “DIY” electrolyte powder instead of using pre-packaged ones. Almost all pre-packaged electrolytes have a lot of non-necessary additives that are inappropriate for those who are being very intentional with every single molecule they intake, which is even more important during fasting period.

On a budget? This is a life saver.
I developed a sodium sensitivity and the old potassium drink mix I used is no longer made. Not only is this affordable but it's quality for what you pay. Dissolves thoroughly and truly is a neutral taste. I can put it in coffee, bcaas, any drink really and get as much potassium as I need.

My dog takes this easily!
Just ordered more of this for my dog, Parker and it’s working like a charm! It apparently has little to no taste so I just sprinkle it on his food and he gobbles it up. Yea! So happy my veterinarian recommended it!
