Really good
Vanilla flavour tastes nice and mixes well. I go to the gym three times a week and swim every day. I only take it after I’ve been to the gym and I have noticed I feel better the next day. I also got this for some stupid price of £20 odd on an Amazon Prime Day deal.

Works really well
Seems to speed up my recovery after a hard workout. More effective than energy + protein, so I guess those trace elements and electrolytes are worth having.

Barley drinkable
I’ve used 4 or 5 different vanilla protein shakes at this point, most of them have been really nice, a few I wasn’t to keen on but was drinkable. This shake though, It tasted sickly and drinking it only made me feel sick. Based o this I can not recommend but... They offered me a full refund almost instantly with no hassle what so ever. So you it wouldn’t hurt to try it your self
