It works!
Really works! Took it into the ocean, hand remained bone dry!

Poor Quality
Horrible quality, first use let water in, second use the cover split entirely making it unusable. Soaked cast and vacation ruined. Do not purchase.

Not suitable for bandages after surgery
I'm guessing this will be fine for a cast where you can tug vigorously to get it on, but it's not suitable for bandages after surgery.
