Very happy to find a reasonably priced, stainless steel 2 inch port ball valve.......I purchased valve for a 500 gallon water tank clean out in the bottom of the tank....I discovered the valve actually slightly seeps water in the closed position after installing in the bulkhead fitting and putting water into the tank.....Decided to use rather than return and replace because I simply stopped the seepage by screwing into the valve end the two inch plug that was in the bulkhead fitting ......I now merely unscrew the plug, attach a hose to the port ball valve, open the port ball valve and discharge the contents when needed which is acceptable for my use....You might however want to look for a more reliable port ball valve if you are needing a valve that will fully close without seepage for an in- line on / off application.....Update.....I thought the leak was merely a dribble.....I put 200 gallons in the tank it was installed on and removed the two inch plug sealing the leak......The valve shot a stream of water about 4 feet long when fully closed.......This product was too defective to even keep and use as intended....I returned it...
