I recommend this Cd for beginners who are starting to channel Spirit. This CD teaches us the Spiritual Ethics of channeling and praying and protection. Now I understand more about channeling and how it takes place. The author explains that we can channel that which is within each of us. The True creator, not some lower entity who might give us information based from their perspective not Gods. So if you want to channel the Highest source the one true God, our Spiritual Creator, than I am suggesting you to buy this CD. Its the best

This CD offer much more than I can express. I highly recommend those seeking a good night sleep to try this CD. You will end up rested and with the passage of time meet your hidden self much as you thought existed yet unable to reach.

I will recommend this product to anyone who is interested in developing at a deeper level in term of channeling.

There are three CD's available in this series, Meditation, Self-Hypnosis and this one. All of them follow the same format: an introduction to whom Edgar Cayce was, a definition of the topic and finally at the very end, a short guided meditation followed by more talking that instructs you on the benefits of using the meditation often. I'm a great fan of Cayce, but this series completely ignores the needs of the listener who in all likelihood knows who Cayce was, wouldn't be considering the CD if they didn't understand the topic and is anxious to hear the meditation they "thought" they were buying. Unfortunately the CD is 90% annoying, condescending discussion and 10% meditation. I would recommend Sylvia Browne's Tools for Life over anything in this series. She has some nice meditations on several of her audio books and unlike the narration on this CD, the talk portion is very entertaining.

There was no unique content on this CD. Any spiritual reading or guided audio study will provide a similar experience.

The man's voice in this recording, is amazing. This is a must for anyone wanting to Channel, its very easy to follow, and great meditation to go with it.
