This is the only liquid acetaminophen my kid (infant, now toddler) would actually accept. It's dye-free, which is great — I really don't understand why companies feel the need to add artificial dyes to children's medicine when they do nothing at best and are potentially associated with neurotoxic or carcinogenic effects at worst. It's effective. I mean... it's acetaminophen, so any brand is going to work the same way, but I love this specific one because of the flavor, the ingredients list, and the fact that it doesn't break the bank. It helps my kiddo sleep when she's uncomfortable, which is really all you can ask for. If you're looking for allergy relief specifically, this can certainly help with symptoms but it's not targeting the root cause, so I wouldn't use it as a first-line option. But if your kid feels miserable from allergies, it'll help take the edge off. Life pro tip: get the children's version instead of this baby version. They have the same exact concentration of acetaminophen, so you can use the same exact dose. This one is a smaller size at only 2oz, while the children's version is 4oz and cheaper per unit. Save yourself some money.

This is great for toddlers who hate to take medicine. I have tried different Tylenols before for my kid but he hates them all. My kid actually likes taking this one when he has really bad teething pain. The taste is super sweet but it is dye free which is even better. The ingredients are as clean as they can be and seems to work fairly quickly for my kid. Very easy to take and have had no issues!

This works wonderfully for my now 4 month old. we give this to her after her vaccines; her 2 and 4 month ones so far. (Always ask pediatrician for dosing!) We have also used it a few times for teething pains. I love how clean the ingredients are, and how gentle it is on her super sensitive tummy.

This acetaminophen really helps my baby while she is teething, running a fever, or having a mild pain. I use this product after her vaccinations, during teething time, or when she has a small earache. It works quick. She also loves the tastes and does not mind drinking it out of the syringe that came with the bottle. Im glad I went with this brand of acetaminophen!

I love this. Its really effective and it has less chemicals in it than the brand name medicine.
