These capsules arrived in a resealable envelope.They are easy to swallow and leave no after aste.Tiger Milk mushroom is not easy to get in this country so i thought I would give it a try. It is too soon to tell if they have been of benefit but it is claimed they help inflammation and lung problems.I would have liked to have known the country of origin as the packaging only states the location of the company they packed for.

These come in a resealable pouch for easy storage. There are 60 of the capsules and you take either one or two day so this will last you at least a month the capsules are of a standard size and I find them easy to swallow with a glass of water. There is no taste of them. And I like the quality of the ingredients as there is nothing unnecessarily added it. At around £13 they represent good value for money with a subscribe and see option available. After taking these for awhile I certainly feel more energised and I think the immunity protection is helping too. A decent supplement that is also clearly marked as being for vegans.
