It's a good product but I tried charging it for the second time and it says charging and an hour later I unplug it and it won't turn on, any advice?

This Product Advertises that upon "Clashing" it will make a noise, however after having purchased mine for the fairly steep price of £80 the features that were said to be included are not. The Swing sound effects only occasionally work and the clash doesn't work at all, for the amount of money spent on the product I would have thought it to be as advertised.

The media could not be loaded. If your a star wars fan then you have to love this. This thing is brilliant. You can use with or without the extended plastic dialling blade, yep you can properly dial with these things, get yourself two and you and your mate can get stuck in. On impact they register the force and appropriate sound is made along with flickering of the light just like the movies. They are super strong and take a hefty whack so not need to be careful of breaking them, you may want to be careful you don’t break any ornaments though as it’s quite a size, best swing outside. Several different sound effect modes for different movies which are easily selectable. One button controls everything from sound effects , colour and mode to remote control (power off with a quick rotation either direction). Charges via usb c cable and the battery lasts ages. I really love this thing. So wish I had one when I was a kid.

Our daughter has recently discovered the Star Wars universe and her Christmas list was topped with 4 lightsabers... we only got her one but she was overjoyed with it (the drum kit and lego didn't even get a look in!) Christmas Day was spent with a dizzying array of lights and sound effects, each of which elicited more joy. So, when the lightsaber would not charge on Boxing Day and is now utterly lifeless, we have a very unhappy young Jedi. The returns process is now underway but we have been quoted a collection 'by February' and to buy a new one will cost us an additional £10 because the item is no longer on offer. In summary... great product, abysmal customer service.

Aluminium hilt that's well made good size includes usb hilt wrap and hex key plus boltsWorks well it takes a little getting used yo the controller but it'd good even has motion control I love the various effects and it has a speaker to relay what mode your in for under 100 pound it has to be one of the better budget sabers ideal for fans, collectors, enthusiasts, props etc highly recomended
