The humidor was well protected for shipping and arrived with no damage. It will hold a moderate sized cigar collection and has kept the temperature and humidity to my settings. Easy to set, just tap power button and use up/down arrows. No more messing with foam pads or gel packs, just add water (I used distilled) to the tray and it does the rest. The unit runs very quietly and fits on a small side table. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and hope to get years of service.

The setup was easy...just plug it in for 2 hours after filling the water tray, make sure the temperature and humidity is set to where you want it, and then put your cigars in for elegant, attractive storage. I occasionally will open it up and smell the aroma. This humidor has worked perfectly for me and is exactly what I was looking for to take care of my fine cigars.

Received this humidor a few weeks ago and I love it! It arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging, was easy to set up, and works perfectly! I love the blue LED lighting, and the water box lasts a long time without needing to be refilled. This is a perfect upgrade to my wood humidor that took a lot of effort to maintain the right humidity. The 35L size is not too big, yet stores over 100 cigars.

This humidor has the quality I was looking for. It maintains humidity and temperature well, and I do use other devices to verify its accuracy, and it’s pretty close to the actual readings. The blue light adds a nice touch, though I think it would be even better with additional lighting in the other compartments. The distilled water container is well-designed and holds enough water to last a while before needing a refill. Overall, considering the price and quality, it’s a solid investment for storing cigars.

Arrived quickly, packaged well, and easy to set up. Not sure if I agree with the stated capacity, but I suspected that might be the case. Have only had it for 24 hours, but seems to be a quality unit. Got to desired temperature and humidity levels within a few hours, and I've started moving my collection over. I did have to reach out to Customer Service, who was very responsive and attentive. I'll update if anything changes, but thus far seems like a decent value for the money.
