Much smaller box (too small) and much more expensive.
We used to eat this stuff every day, going through 2-3 boxes (13.5 oz) a week. The new smaller box (9.7 oz) is much smaller and might last us only 2 days. It is now more expensive than the original sized boxes (for less cereal). The cereal also seems to be reformulated to have more popped corn and oat flakes in it. Seems more like granola cereal. I debated whether this should be 3 or 4 stars. Still recommend, but there are more cost effective (both size and price) options available now. We may not be ordering more of this until the cost comes down.

Great!
This cereal is such a great staple for so many things. I’m usually not a cereal person but I actually enjoy this. The flavor is plain as expected but makes a perfect blank slate. I personally use this similar to granola in yogurt. It gives the crunch I want but is not as dense in texture and calories. Value wise I think this is a good deal, especially if you go through a lot in a short amount of time. The expiration date is also quite some time away so it gives those slower eaters some time.

Good high protein, non sugary cereal
This cereal definitely delivers on the nutrition front with 12g each of protein and fiber per serving without all that added sugar that most other cereals have. If you're trying to switch from one of those sugary cereals, you may want to combine the two gradually to get used to the taste. The texture is crunchy with a mix of puffed rice and harder grain pieces, giving it some variety. After a workout, I love having a bowl of Kashi, milk, half a scoop of protein powder, and blueberries (or banana pieces). The only bad part of Kashi? Shrinkflation is definitely a thing. The standard box was once 13oz and now reduced to 9.7oz at about the same cost. But this affects most all cereals. At least with Kashi, you're not hungry again 30 min later.

Tastes of Honey and Cardboard
Look, if you're shopping for a high fiber cereal, this Kashi GO Breakfast Cereal is a fine choice... but there are a few things I don't like about it.First, even though this isn't a sugary cereal, it does have more added sugar than I'd like, at 16% DV per serving.Next, and this is probably partly because this isn't a sugary cereal, this cereal doesn't have much flavor. You get a little honey taste, and then plain cardboard. It's a pretty boring cereal.Lastly, the serving size is pretty decent at 1 1/4 cups per serving, but that also means this is a fairly small box of cereal at 9.7 ounces, which is only 4 servings per box.
