I must say, this Dreo desk fan is nothing short of sublime. From the moment I unboxed it, I knew I was in for a first-class breeze. The sleek, modern design complements any décor—be it a refined study, a bustling kitchen, or a sultry summer bedroom. It’s the Rolls Royce of airflow, darling. The 60ft range and 120° tilt? Marvellous. It sweeps across the room like a butler with a tray of chilled cucumber sandwiches—graceful, efficient, and utterly indispensable. It’s quieter than a library full of well-behaved monks (a mere 28db!), so one can sip one’s tea or binge one’s shows in peace. Three speeds allow you to choose between a gentle zephyr or a full-blown wind tunnel, depending on whether you’re cooling down or simply adding drama to your silk dressing gown. In sum: I’m thoroughly chuffed. Five stars. If you’re on the fence, hop off immediately and buy this marvel. Your perspiring self will thank you.

This is the perfect bedroom fan for me. It does not do anything fancy. .... It does not oscillate. There is no remote. It has a simple dial for 3 fan speeds directly on the back of the motor. It is lightweight and can easily be carried with one hand because of the built in handle. It can be pointed left or right and easily adjusted 180 degrees up or down so you can point it at the ceiling or floor for general room air circulation. At the lowest speed it is whisper quiet. You really have to work at hearing it. At the 2nd setting it is still very, very quiet but moves air pretty well. The 3rd setting is robust. It's not what you need if you are in a hot garage welding, but in the bedroom it moves a lot of air. To top it off, it was very inexpensive at $29 (normally $34). I may buy a couple more for the other bedrooms. Oh, one last note. NO RATTLES.

Three settings on this fan. First two are virtually silent so if you are looking for a sleeping fan for the noise only the high setting is sufficient. I do think the high setting is perfect for sleep. Air circulation is great on all three settings. Even on low and facing another direction, I can see my plants across the room being hit by the air. For the price point it’s a powerful little fan, great for sleep on the high setting and will *probably* be nice in the summer for extra air circulation.

This fan's design and function are excellent, with the exception of the tilt mechanism and the speed control knob. It is sturdily built, is very quiet, and has surprisingly high airflow. As others have noted, the tilt detents at 30° intervals can prevent the airflow from being directed as needed, and the speed control knob detents are so stiff that the knob is hard to turn. Tilt detents at 15° would be much better. Overall, it's still a good buy, because of the airflow and low noise.

I purchased this fan as a circulation fan in a crawlspace area. The advertised benefit of strong airflow is one of the key criteria for me. 20 mins ago the item was delivered (atta boy Amazon) 18 hours after I ordered it. Perfect delivery I would say. I opened the box and put the fan through it's paces so to speak. Pros- - The fan is quiet. It sits on a good and stable base, there is no discernible vibration. Smooth is a good word to describe the operation. - Appears to be well made. Cons - Not as strong as I expected - The sellers claims are too lofty. It is quiet but not 28db quiet. There is nothing turbine about this fan. Overall I would recommend it for a small to medium size room. Based on the attention to assembly detail my expectation is that this will last for several years. I rated 3 stars based on my assessment today. If the fan outperforms my adjusted expectations I'll be back to update my reviews and star rating. Would I buy it again? I need to see how it actually performs over the next few months. If it does well I'll buy another one.

someone finally cloned or copied vornado. i have a small similar size vornado fan which we know for very little energy cost blows a lot of air and is super quiet. i like the dreo fan better. its heavier. sturdier and can aim down a stairscase. super strong but super quiet. i got 2 of them 2 repalce older bigger vornado fans full of dust i cant not clean parts of bc no access to it. has similar metal block where motor is for heatsink. a lot cheaper cost on amazon also. i will be buying 1 medium fan and 2 large stand dreo fans before summer. thanks. DREO. you rock. a much lower cost very similar design and function to vornado fans. which were always the absolute best. both brands cost more than a cheap fan at walmart or wherever but use a lot less energy while making much more breeze that goes many more feet and cools way better. so well worth the higher price. and did i mentino whisper quiet.

This is the 3rd Dreo appliance I've bought and we picked this one both for the reliability of the brand and because it fits on a fairly narrow shelf. We used it to replace a box fan, and were really impressed that this one delivers more air while using less power--and it's much quieter. We have it set up to circulate cold air from a portable AC, and it works really well. You can feel it from across a 20-foot room. It also has a mechanical switch, so you can connect it to an outlet that uses remote control. (Digital switches don't preserve on/off status when the power is cut, so you can turn them off using the outlet switch, but not on again.) And yes, it comes with a remote control, but hubby already had that outlet set up and didn't want another remote.
