The parts were clearly labeled, and I had it put together and running in less than an hour. The software connected easily, and within the first evening I was engraving designs on wood. The results were sharp, clean, and much better than I expected from a beginner-friendly machine.What I really love is how versatile it is. I’ve already engraved wooden coasters and even etched a design on a metal keychain. The frame feels sturdy, the motion is smooth, and it doesn’t wobble or feel cheap when running. Adjusting the settings gives you a lot of control, so it’s easy to get the look you want once you experiment a little.I’ve started making custom gifts for friends and family. Things like personalized cutting boards and engraved pet name tags. My kids even helped design a few patterns, which made it a really fun family project. It’s sparked so many creative ideas, and I know it will be great for holiday gifts and home projects.For the price, this engraver is an excellent value. It’s user-friendly for beginners but capable enough for more detailed work. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to start engraving at home.

This laser printer is user-friendly, easy to set up, and affordable for such a great product. It only takes a few minutes to start printing and can handle everything from character letters to small cartoons. Additionally, it engraves wood, glass, and metal, making it perfect for home projects. The device is well-made and offers great value for the money. Assembly is straightforward, with numbered packets for each step. Highly recommended.

This was my first cutting laser engraver experience. I have to say this is a good entry level machine. I purchased the 20w version. Apparently this was a recent option because the documentation is only for the 10w module. The 20w module has a connection for the air assist hose built in. I contacted support with a focusing question and got a quick response. So far I’m very pleased. It etched glass great using a black card stock backer. See photos.

This is my first engraver and it’s such a nice product for my small business. Setup was fast and straightforward and the unit works quickly. It’s powerful and straightforward!

Very Easy to set up and use, simple as putting it together, downloading the software app and you are good to go, it engraves anything with any design you can think of.

I am really impressed with this laser engraver. It was fairly easy to set up, at least for me and so far it's been awesome. My favorite is engraving on wood surfaces but I can't wait to try it on another medium. I'm already making stuff for Christmas. This was an awesome purchase
