I agree with other reviewers that this is a relatively slow charger. I haven't timed it or anything, but a full charge on a large battery seems to take at least 8 hours or so. But, it's cheap, very portable, entirely self-contained (no cables), and couldn't be simpler to use. Slower charging is healthier for Li-ion batteries, too. So far it's been reliable.If you're charging an array of NP-F960s on set, look elsewhere. There are much faster Sony NP-F chargers with multiple bays and more features. If you're on a trip and just need to top off your battery at the hotel overnight, though, this is perfect.

Love the charger. It's better than the other one that's similar. I do wish that the detachable piece that the battery snaps into was available for purchase separately....that's the ONLY reason I gave a low rating in "versatility."

It works, that's about all I can really say. However, this is now just my backup charger as I bought a Blind Spot Powerjunkie NP-F which costs a lot more, but does a lot more.

Didn't expect much for the price. It works, but takes 12+ hours to charge a single battery.
