Perfect Smartphone

I received the phone and used it for less than one month when the screen and camera suddenly became faint and unclear. I sent the device to Samsung service, where they claimed that water had entered the phone. This is completely incorrect, as the phone was never exposed to water. Despite this, Samsung refused to cover the issue under warranty and asked me to repair it at my own expense for 3,350 AED, which is unreasonable for a device that failed within such a short period of normal use. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The product quality is poor, and the customer care service is even worse. I would not recommend buying this product or trusting Samsung’s after-sales service.

The item is so nice, titanium silver blue, it is lightweight, the screen is big. I received it fully sealed. Though the delivery caused inconvenience, the second delivery attempt was fast. FYI. Never ever share otp. Sometimes rider will request it before they even reached your doorstep. Big No!

Great device to use battery is strong enough that you can use for intire day without recharge again it as fast charging option of 1hr to full charge. Ai system is amazing. Factory made interpreter/google translation. Camera and etc all Al hamdulillah fantastically. Faster CPU 👌 note that Middle East device - (( TDRA )) -Not supporting auto records on direct calls. This is only what I don't like on this mobile.
