A solid computer for the money. Everyone who talks down on this either doesnt understand what an average pc is capable of or is spoiled rotten. It runs games like beamng.drive (a notoriously hard game to run) at a stable smooth framerate on low settings. Minecraft runs at 60 fps stable on it. Its played every game ive tried just fine. It can browse well. I/O ports are adaquate. Battery life is alright. Not spectacular but its ok. Lenovo vantage software has a battery cycle tracker with a battery health indicator. It has a great keyboard. The screen is great. The speakers are the best ive ever heard on a laptop. It takes stickers well. Its pretty sweet yo.

Really good machine, it works very fast and pretty neat appearance, it's good with video games and streaming

I needed a laptop but wanted something that would handle my work using Adobe software. This one works great; the Intel processor is adequate and the extra memory allows me to get the work done. This is a nice laptop that works well and is cost effective.

Really good produc, the battery life is normal not so good, the audio is awful but it’s a good laptop for a student

I love, love,love everything about this laptop. It is lightning fast. I had even forgotten it had touchscreen and a couple days later I remembered and then it was like Christmas all over again. This was an early Christmas present to myself. You can’t go wrong with this computer. I love Lenovo and the screen is crystal clear with beautiful graphics. I had bought an HP and sent it back and bought this one and that HP had some kind of glare protection on it and it looked like it had a glare on it no matter which way I turned it. It wasn’t clear and it was very washed out looking. This Lenovo is as clear and bright and colorful as any flat tv.

Really nice laptop, I love working with this product. Very easy to set up and operate. My last Lenovo lasted about 8 years. This new upgrade; the way it feels I think I will get the same performance. The price is very good; you can pay more and not get as much. I did some hard shopping and I bought upgrade stand alone software and all works well. I do not have to pay for any subscriptions. The Cloud One is kind of annoying; I back up on a digital hard drive. I disable Cloud One and have no subscription fee. I would probably use the Cloud One if I could buy it stand alone with out subscription.

Set up went fairly well. Updates took a long time. At one point I tries to open an app and got a message that I wasn't connected to the web, but I was and other programs accessed without issue. One very annoying discovery that I don't recall disclosed in the ad is that the camera will not work with Windows Hello for facial recognition. I tried updating the driver, but it appears the camera is not sufficient. Very disappointing in a Windows 11 laptop. Why install an insufficient camera for Windows 11 2026 common functions?

I purchased this to replace my old Lenovo which still works after 12 years but unable to update all the software. The first sign something was wrong with this purchase was when it took several weeks to arrive rather than several days. I then received delivery tracking information confirming it was in Customs in the USA! When it eventually arrived it came with a US power cord and a US keyboard i.e. missing "£". My original old Lenovo came supplied with a UK power cord and a UK keyboard. The new Lenovo will be travelling back the USA.
