I got this because the Methylated forms of B12 & Folate are supposed to be better absorbed. I actually found out yesterday (from 12AndMe Premium+) that I have a gene that caused problems methylation Folate...which means I could get high levels of Homocysteine accumation because I don't have the 5-MethylTHFolate available to process the Homocysteine to Methionine...so I actually NEED the methylated form of Folate....medically....!

I wanted to try this, but first took a good look for the percentages in the thousands against the recommended daily dose. I started with a single capsule per day, and briefly tried the recommended double-capsule daily dosage but it did not seem to add anything more in benefits to the lower dosage. This supplement boosts the daily energy and fights fatigue, as far as I can tell. I experienced no adverse reaction over a thirty days course. I did stop any others supplements that contained B vitamins as a precaution, though.
