The device looks fab! Can’t wait to try it out.

Sadly I cannot find any meaningful difference with this device so far. It doesn’t seem to help me get any deeper of a sleep, or relax me. Whether it’s just me, or the device, I can’t seem to get any meaningful results from it. I measure my HRV and this hasn’t moved at all either. So far, a total waste of money for me. The device itself is larger than it needs to be and feels quite light, for its size. But, also feels of reasonable quality and comes in a nice travel case. The earpiece feels well made and fits securely, much better than the clips. But as mentioned, it’s not giving me any benefits I can feel or measure.

The device does help my sleep a bit. I use at intensity scale 12~15, twice a day. Not sure what the optimal intensity should be. The earpiece is difficult to fit in ear.

Value for Money Consideration Zenowell is a significant investment. I debated it for weeks. After using it, I believe it offers good value if it addresses your specific needs (like anxiety, headaches, sleep). The build quality feels solid, the tech works well, and the potential benefits for my well-being are tangible. It's cheaper than ongoing therapy or certain medications, worth every penny!

I’ve been using the ZENOWELL vagus nerve stimulator for about two weeks, and I can really feel the difference. It helps me relax quickly before bed, and my sleep quality has improved a lot. The three modes (Sleep, Relax, Meditation) are easy to switch between and each provides a distinct experience. I especially like how lightweight and portable the device is — I even use it during short breaks at work. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be great if the device offered some optional background sounds or relaxing music. Right now it only emits a very low noise, which works fine, but adding sound options could make the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s an excellent non-invasive, drug-free solution for better sleep and stress relief. Highly recommended!

J'ai voulu tester après avoir vu ce genre de stimulateur dans un reportage Arte, où il était fait mention d'une étude sur les effets pour la fatigue chronique et la dépression. Autiste, SED, post burnout, avec un profil très hyperactif et anxieux, du mal a gérer le stress, rapport compliqué avec le sommeil... Je coche toutes les cases pour lesquelles c'est censé marcher 😬 et... Ça marche ! J'ai l'habitude d'utiliser un TENS, c'est globalement la même chose si ce n'est que la stimulation vise directement le nerf vague (ce que je ne peux pas faire avec mon neurotrack TENS, c'est bien dommage). C'est pas désagréable à porter, aucune douleur alors que je suis très sensible au niveau des oreilles (je ne supporte pas les écouteurs classiques et un certain nombre de casques). C'est très relaxant !! Après quelques jours d'utilisation, je dors d'un sommeil profond que je ne connaissais plus, je me sens plus détendue et moins fatiguée. Je l'utilise matin et soir, je le couple avec de la cohérence cardiaque parfois. Ce modèle propose 3 programmes : sleep, medit, relax. Pour les migraines, il faut le modèle au dessus (le Luna). Le coffret est chouette pour le transporter partout, quoi qu'un petit peu gros pour un sac à main. Achat 100% validé dans mon cas, j'en suis très contente, a court terme ça me fait déjà du bien. A voir ce que ça donne sur le long terme.

Es un producto muy interesante que me está ayudando a reactivar la función del nervio vago y a recuperar así la función de los movimientos peristálticos del colon transverso después de más de 30 años con problemas. Lo compré hace un mes y pico y lo uso antes de dormir en modo 'SLEEP' a 22 de potencia y durante 20 minutos. También al despertar durante 40 minutos en el mismo modo 'SLEEP' y la misma potencia y luego, a continuación y antes de levantarme, durante 20 minutos en el modo 'RELAX' y a la misma potencia. Los efectos se notan poco a poco y cada usuario debe regular la potencia según su sensibilidad en la oreja. Yo empecé en potencia de 4 o 6 y ahora estoy en 22. Por último, la colocación del auricular emisor de frecuencias eléctricas en la oreja debe permitir al usuario percibir los pequeños calambritos que el aparato produce con claridad. Si no es así, el efecto será mucho menor o inexistente. Sólo hecho en falta que los repuestos del dispositivo auricular no se puedan adquirir a un precio más asequible (valen 100 euros en la tienda de Zenowell), ya que preveo que posiblemente habrá que comprar alguno antes de recuperar del todo la funcionalidad de mi nervio vago.

The device is small and comes in a nice little case. Super easy to use. No app, no subscription. The guide is really detailed. I strongly recommend reading it carefully. It took me about five minutes to make sure I had the fit right. Pretty sure I nailed it… or at least I hope so. Felt relaxed after session one. I'm curious to see the longer-term effects after a few weeks. I'll provide more feedback then. Btw, the delivery was so fast. Great experience.

Das ZENOWELL Auricular Vagusnerv-Stimulationsgerät ist einfach zu bedienen, hochwertig verarbeitet und sehr angenehm in der Anwendung. Die Stimulation am Ohr ist sanft und entspannend, bereits nach kurzer Zeit spürt man eine deutliche Beruhigung. Besonders der Sleep-Modus hilft mir, abends schneller abzuschalten und besser einzuschlafen. Auch bei Stress und innerer Unruhe wirkt das Gerät unterstützend. Die Programme und Intensitätsstufen lassen sich individuell einstellen, der Akku hält lange. Fazit: Eine sinnvolle, medikamentenfreie Unterstützung für mehr Ruhe, Entspannung und Schlafqualität.

We have never received our refund. The cover for the tip came off inside the device and there was no way to get it out. Contacted seller and device was sent back.
